Installation and service technician

We are searching for someone who is an enthusiastic self-starter.

JOB PURPOSE: To perform mechanical work and install pressure washers, car & truck wash systems, pumps, floor cleaners, and various other industrial cleaning equipment.

Salesperson has the ability to discount w/ a published sliding commission structure
60 day compensated training program ensures success for the right people
An 8% training commission schedule
Upon training completion – the ISC & management will draft the commission schedule – typically in the 14-16% of gross range
AND fast start bonus

DUTIES (included but not limited to):

Must provide Due Diligence to Outside Sales Efforts, Prospecting, Presentation and Closing.
Expected to service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing & potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet, conditions or trade factors.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients.
Expected to submit activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses hot sheets.
Resolves customer partner complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trade shows & educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Able to multitask
Strong problem solving skills and be goal oriented
Work well both independently and as part of a team
Be able to safely operate power tools, forklifts, scissor lifts, electric meters
Safely Mix and deliver cleaning soap products, maintain a warehouse & grounds
Have a good understanding of basic mechanical and electrical, able to use Microsoft office, able to lift 70lbs
Must pass the Drug Test
Must pass the Background Checks & Pre-employment tests if applicable
Basic Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and tools
Forklift experience (preferred)

Compensation

Hourly Rate plus Commission, Performance Bonuses, Company Matched Savings & Profit Sharing Plans Available upon Tenure
$27050. – $45760. DOE
